Watermarks Workshop, May 2018

In May 2018, CALL and local partner the Haggerty Museum gathered students at Acosta Middle School for a workshop where students chose the letter for the top of the first WaterMarks WaterMarker, to be installed at the site of their new school building.
With the facilitation of science teacher Shannon Olson, students shared their water stories and brainstormed ideas, finally settling on the letter A- for acosta, agua, and the first letter of the alphabet!
