What can be done to preserve affordable housing AND ensure it is sustainable? Joyce Hwang and Prathap Ramamurthey lead a heat-mapping walk through Chinatown, followed by a conversation with local leaders and Community Land Trust activists.

The WALK with Joyce and Prathap will be leaving from Columbus Park at 5:00PM, and will last for approximately 1 hour. The WALK is publicly open and free to attend.

Participants will reconvene at a local Chinatown restaurant at 6:30PM  for a conversation on Sustainable Development, Community Land Trusts and other proposals for protecting affordable housing for both Tenants and Landlords. The forum will end at 8:30pm.

It is possible to attend the Reception only if you can not make the WALK
